Stupid Rain. So here is a shot of a rainless Palm Springs at 7:00 a.m.

The photo above is made up of five photos to create this panoramic of a Palm Springs Golf Course. I printed a test on canvas. Looks pretty good. so I will later(key word being later) print it full size at 12"X65" on canvas. I just have to find a wall long enough to put it on.

All this rain is starting to make me mad. I'm begining to think that pretty soon, my muscles will rip through my clothes and my body will turn green and I run through Boston tearing up the town, and of course, in the rain.

No ride this weekend. Had planned on going to Lynn woods for the Nemba adventure series but woke up this morning with the rain coming down. Maybe I should have gone, but it would have wet ride, but at least it would have been a ride.
Atleast I felt like I got something accomplished through this rainy weekend. The crown vic has new brake pads. Wasn't too difficult of a job. Actually, it was pretty easy, since they are disc brakes. Had they been rear drums, that would have been a completely different story. I did the brake job on Saturday and the rain held off long enough so that I could get it done. I did get a new tool for the job, a brake pad speader, used to collapse the piston in the caliper. Started without the tool, realized I was spending way too much time and getting not much progress, so it was a trip to the auto parts store. I like new tools.

After this post and my dinner, I'm going to work on the long awaited north shore classic pictures. been way too long, but at least they will be finally up. *I did not get the North Shore pictures up. Watched 'The world's fastest Indian' instead. So they will be hopefully up Monday night.

It is supposed to rain all week. So not sure if a ride will be squeezed in. Any let up and I will force myself to go. The forecast says rain for the next 10 days. And it is suppose to let up the Fouth of July. So that'll be much welcomed as our wedding is outside, if it does rain, we'll at least have a yellow and white striped circus tent(cheaper than the solid white).
