NECS #7 Fort Rock

It is a couple of weeks away, but I think I'll enter this race as an open racer just to see how I will do. To see if racing is something I want to get into. I love Fort Rock and know the trails there well so it should be kinda cool to ride there as part of a race.

Two things could happen. 1: I like it and will want to cpmpete in other races. or 2: I'll hate it and vow to never race again.

well see, i'll try to train as much as I can for it. I'll use the race as an excuse to get some much needed bike parts and gear. Gloves, glasses, big ring, skinnier tires Kenda Nevegals 2.1's, maybe a new wheelset, maybe. . .

If I hate it, atleast I can say down the road, I use to race, back in the day. Got mud in the my eyes. broke my derailleur, my chain. had three flat tires. warped my rotors, cracked my frame. yeah it was so much fun I did it once and vowed to never do it again.
