seasons a changing

this past week as I rode in to work in the mornings, I notice that it is getting a little chillier. I'm going to have to start wearing a long sleeve soon. and my allergies are beginning their annual ritual of making vuth suffer for a couple of months. I have been getting allergy shots so that has been helping and I take alegra but only when I need it. so now i'm going to have to start taking it again.
Last evening I spent it help my neighbor get his gary fisher hardtail working and shifting properly. I taught him how to adjust his drive train and maintain a working drivetrain.
When we started, his rear derailleur wasn't shifting when it was supposed to, and skipping gears when it wasn't supposed to. To told him how to check chain lines, importance of, how to fix and adjust, high tension screw, low tension screw, b tension screw. His front derailleur was in worst shape than his rear. After a solid couple of hours, I think he learned a lot and his bike is flawlessly shifting.
This weekend looks like it is going to good weather. Michelle and I were supposed to go to the Berkshires to spend some time with Michelle's parents but it doesn't look like it is going to happen as we have not heard anything from the resort where her parents own a time share, actually three of them. And they can't get one. so far. but that could change.

So looks like riding in Vietnam today with Ron. that should be fun. I have to ask for a get out of jail card from Mrs. Neou.
